In May 2020, Riverside started final pre-consultation on a scheme to build 179 new homes of which 92 'affordable'. The planning application was approved in March 2022 for a total of 170 new homes of which 131 affordable homes. Within the affordable homes a tenure split of 60% London Affordable Rent or Social Rent and 40% Shared Ownership;
